Marcello's Lifetime Warranty

Marcello makes our handmade leather goods the traditional way and with care. We believe you’ll enjoy them for a lifetime just as much as we do. We’re proud of our craftsmanship, materials, and designs so strongly that we warrant them against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product by the original customer.

This warranty applies to the products materials and workmanship under normal and responsible use. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, abuse, or neglect. The warranty does not cover the natural aging of materials or wear and tear. The warranty also does not cover purchases made using online auction sites or other unauthorized resellers.
